Tried to uninstall AVG using their uninstaller on my new ASUS Zenbook 14 today. The uninstaller prompted me to restart into safe mode to complete uninstallation. I did so, and was hit with a "Something happened and your pin isn't available" on the login screen and could not get in to Windows. After lots of troubleshooting in the BIOS and troubleshooting menu, and a number of online tutorials, no luck. Eventually decided to just reinstall Windows.Reinstall (from cloud) seemed to be going okay; I chose to keep my files if that matters. However, the reinstallation got stuck at Downloading 71%. Ha
