Windows 10 Windows Restarts with no BSOD

I upgraded my PC about a month ago and assembled it myself. Since then, it runs smoothly most of the time, but at least a few times a week the PC will shutdown with no warning and no BSOD.In addition, my monitors will occasionally go completely black with no warning and my GPU and tower fans will spin up to max speed. I can still hear audio, but can't get the video back without forcing the PC to reboot. This morning I installed GPU Tweak III and set the GPU power to 90% after doing some research, and so far haven't had the lost-video bug since.Here is a link to a google drive folder containing
