I have lenovo yoga C630 and it was installed with Windows S mode which was taken out of S mode, and it says 64 bit in settings and 64 bit processor, but only 32bit programs will run. Get an error message and this laptop failed at 2 diffrent tests that two different jobs ran on my laptop, to see if it would pass their requirements to work from home. IT failed at the processor part saying it was 32bit, and when trying to install hp printer software get error message of the 64 bit installation package is not compatible with your system, please download the 32 bit install package. SO how do i get this to recognize it as a 64 bit processor on other programs /apps- so it will pass these computer tests so I may work from home. IN the system setting it says 64bit arm, snapdragon arm processor. (TM)850@2.966hz and 8 gigs of ram. DO I have to reinstall windows s mode again to get it to run 64 bit programs and be limited in the s mode or can i get a regular version of windows that i may use other programs besides what in the microsoft store. I am lost and I dont know what to actually do or what needs to be done to resolve this issue as if it is only a 32 bit processor ( which bestbuy tech told me that the snapdragon is onl 32 bit and i wont ever be able to work from home on this laptop. When what i wanted and need this to be a 64 bit and running 64 bit programs in the first place! I alrfeady have laptop running in 32 bit and only 32 biit and 64 bit capable processor. I am going to be very upset if this is the case of and i was sold a laptop under false pretense.. and it is only a 32bit and the snapdragon processor with windows s mode issues. I bought this laptop and think its false advertisement that i need it to run64 bit programs thanks mysticshell420
