Windows 11 Windows sandbox feature not showing up in windows 11 pro

So I have windows 11 pro, but when I go to programs and features, the windows sandbox option does not show up. When I go to windows search and search for windows sandbox, it shows up, so I go ahead and click it. but when I open it, it says: "Windows sandbox failed to initialize". I have good hardware and I don't think that's the hardware is the problem, as when I try to enable it using command prompt, windows doesn't even recognize windows sandbox.
