Windows 11 Windows scan app not working

Installed Windows Scan app to use in Windows 11 Pro. Scanner is a Fujitsu fi-7160 (which works fine on its own). Set my doc type and size. Set the destination file. I left the resolution setting at the default (because those numbers mean nothing to me). Document scans, but then immediately an error appears "Something Went Wrong".
