Windows 10 Windows Search Indexing is disabled but the Search itself still uses high CPU and network (Win10 Home Single Lang 64)

Since long, i've been struggling with "uncontrolled" network usage of Win10. I've disabled many essentials, disabled almost every single setting, disabled search indexing but still Microsoft Search and Microsoft Edge use CPU and Network, though I "never ever" use them. This causes ping peaks during games. Using Dell XPS Convertible laptop. Thanks in advance for any help and sorry in advance if I duplicated a question and/or asked this in an unappropriate category.
