Windows 10 Windows search not working.

This problem has been bugging me recently, here is what happens:




I tried finding a solution on reddit but no solution is yet to be found.

What I have tried:

1. [COLOR=rgba(26, 26, 27, 1)]troubleshoot search and indexing[/COLOR]
2. Updating and uninstalling updates
3. Downloading and updating Cortana
4. [COLOR=rgba(26, 26, 27, 1)]Rebuilding index (in indexing options)[/COLOR]
5. [COLOR=rgba(26, 26, 27, 1)]and here is the properties window in (Services.msc):[/COLOR]

and I've tried this video too and it didn't help at all.
