Windows 11 Windows Security App in Windows 11 S Mode. Under Account Protection, Dynamic Lock problem.

I have not had account protection through the Windows Security App since I purchased and set up this new laptop in February, 2023. In the Windows Security App on the Home page, Security at a Glance I have a red alert error. The error is "Dynamic Lock is not working because Bluetooth is off".When I turn Bluetooth on in the Windows Settings App, then go to Accounts, then to Sign-In Options, then to Dynamic Lock. I get this "Dynamic Lock is not working because your PC has no paired phone. Go to Bluetooth & other devices to pair a phone."Back to Windows Security App on the Home page, Secur
