Windows 10 Windows Security Center Service Crashes on Start

Every morning after logging in on my hp laptop, I am greeted by a red message box warning me that the security center service is not running. Indeed, it is not. State "Stopped." IWhen I try to start it, it stays stopped. In the Application event log, I see that it crashed with an access violation:Name der fehlerhaften Anwendung: svchost.exe_wscsvc, Version: 10.0.19041.1806, Zeitstempel: 0x7dcad237 Name des fehlerhaften Moduls: wscsvc.dll, Version: 10.0.19041.2673, Zeitstempel: 0xdf2f9a5b Ausnahmecode: 0xc00
