Windows 11 Windows Security Controlled Folder Access question

I have recently turned on the Controlled Folder Access feature in Windows Security. But I have noticed that shortly after I turned it on, a Windows Security notification tells me that it protected a folder from an unwanted program. I ignored it but it recently got worse and now these .exe apps are trying to access it almost 10+ times a minute sometimes and it's starting to worry me! The .exe files are called "AGSServices.exe", "AdobeGCClient.exe" and "AGCInvokerUtility.exe". I don't know if any of these are viruses/malware because they all seem to be related to Adobe.
