Windows 11 Windows Security/Defender blank (not even security at a glance showed up), please help.

Hello everyone,So I have a problem with windows security, when I clicked "Open Windows Security" in the settings menu. This occurs even after reinstalling windows 11 from scratch. Normally, the security at a glance and the other options below shows up and works as normal, but in this case its all white. I had searched the internet for solutions, but none has fixed this issue. So far I tried:1. Checking update returns with both 0x80070643 and 0x80248007 errors. Reinstalling .NET framework did not help and windows installer, defender, and security health is missing (not even listed) in services
