Windows Security's Smart App Control is blocking a system file!

helloafter each device restart, I keep getting a "Part of this app has been blocked: Some features of Windows Command Processor may not work because we can't confirm who published WMIC.exe that the app tried to load.". after a couple of web surfing, it seems that this is a base system file, located in C:\Windows\System32\wbem and perhaps developed by Microsoft itself.thanks
