My windows settings crashes on startup. everything else seems to work but I can't access anything in windows settings. I've tried everything. I've tried restoring the system from a restore point, reinstalling the app with Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)AppXManifest.xml”}. This doesn't work ind the command prompt at all and just gives me loads of can't find path errors in powershell.
