When attempting to troubleshoot why Google Chrome notifications are not appearing on a computer, I discovered that the Notifications settings link does not open. I am unable to configure any app notification settings as the button to open is non-responsive. The UI has it placed under Focus now and not in the general System directory where most people are familiar with it. How can I resolve this issue to make changes to app-specific notifications?I have restarted the Windows Push Notification System Service and Windows Notifications User Service and it has not resolved the issue.
