I was playing rocket league and I wanted to put the window on my other monitor but it kept going back to my main monitor so I searched for a fix. I came across Windows+Shift+ Left/Right. I did it and my rocket league application got smaller. My immediate thought process was press the opposite key (right arrow rather than left) to go back to what I was at and it went smaller again. In a bit of a panic I was like wait what so I kept clicking back and forth. Now I am left with an application that is 1 pixel and I have searched everything, tried every combination I could find to revert it, I have
