Windows 11 Windows should add a file rename feature for file explorer

Why doesn't Windows have a file rename feature when duplicate file names are detected? I do photography as a hobby and sometimes I have a lot of photos to rename. I know Windows has a rename feature for downloads off a browser. Like when you download the same file over and over you get " (X)" added to the end of each file. X equaling whatever number of duplicate the file is.
