Windows 11 Windows shows no internet access but my internet is working fine.

Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360Windows 11When I lock my laptop or User Sign out, and then later sign back in, I am able to access the internet just fine but unable to do any Microsoft Updates or utilize the "widgets" panel as it says there is no connection. Yet i do see the weather change, and it gives me notifications about news headliners. I've only been able to correct this by restarting my laptop, but then again this does not permanently fix the issue. Please help me someone! Settings tells me there is no network connection but when I look at the Ethernet and Wifi properties, it says it is cur
