Using Windows speech recognition, I find that many of the commands simply do not work. It recognizes the commands perfectly but spells them out instead of executing them. This includes "caps", "select", "capitalize that", etc. These problems have been reported repeatedly since 2011 with all tickets closed without any resolution.
