Hardware: 2018 Dell Inspiron Laptop Model P75F
At log in, the Windows 10 OS will cycle through random high usage of the CPU 30-90% cyclical usage, and constant 100% Disk (HDD) usage and then Windows will crash and restart the OS (not the PC). There weren't any updates that I was aware of in the last few days before this started.
Startup repair finds no issues.
I've tried restoring a backup from a few days before it happened with no success.
I also tried to reinstall Windows and problem still occurs.
System will boot into Safe Mode with no issues, and problem does not occur in safe mode.
I've also tried uninstalling the battery and AC adapter driver, and changing the power management settings from the available default options.
Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
