I've been having trouble with my computer the last couple of days and decided I'd do a clean install (factory restore) last night. I did the restore, but a few things seem... off.When I first booted and downloaded my browser (Chrome), the default search engine had been set to istartsurf, which leads me to believe I may have had a memory-resident virus. I ran MalwareBytes to remove the browser issue, then McAfee's rootkit remover and Kaspersky's free AV, but neither found an infection.Now, I want to download an app (DVD Player) from the Windows Store, but when I try to open the Store,
