Windows 10 Windows stuttering after playing full screen games.

Hey all, When booting up, my computer is fine and Windows works flawlessly, however after playing a full screen game (Far Cry, GMod, GTA recently), the Windows desktop experience seems to stutter quite hard. For example, if I shake any windows, they don't move smoothly and sometimes my cursor gets stuck for a second. UAC prompts barely open, the wallpaper is greyed out as usual but the actual Yes/No window takes some time to appear. Applications themselves work fine, its just Windows itself. I have tried reinstalling my graphics drivers and updating my BIOS but that didn't fix the issue. I ha
