Windows 11 \Windows\System32\winload.efi missing or contains error how do I fix that?

Installed an update last night and when I got up this morning turned on my computer nothing. Have to hold down my power button (which is yellow not green now) for 15 seconds pressing f11 repeatedly. I get a screen that says\Windows\System32\winload.efi missing or contains error. F8 doesn't help the only other thing it will do is I can get to the command prompt. How do I remedy this and restore my windows 11 back?
