Windows 10 Windows Taskbar "News and interests" is suddenly displaying chinese news and weather and I don't know how to fix it.

This all started sometime on Tuesday 8/2 and I found the registry key that Windows keeps changing are underComputer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Feeds\FeedRepositoryStateThe LandingPageURL keeps reverting back to "The Microsoft Start app on iOS and Android" The Locale value gets changed back to "zh-cn"The FlyoutURL changes to "Microsoft News"No matter if I change it in reg edit, everytime it refreshes the feed it will change them back to the above.
