Windows 11 Windows Time in the corner displays 1 hour ahead of what Windows is currently reporting the time, so all timestamps in applications are 1 hour behind

Discord, some games I play, Messenger through Firefox, pretty much everything that can display a timestamp will be 1 hour behind what Windows displays in the bottom right corner. Even if I set the time manually back one hour all applications still report 1 hour behind the new set time. Here's a screenshot of what the time shows in the settings vs the corner:No matter what I do, I can never get these times to match up..
