After running the Windows Trouble Shooter related to on-going issues with my 'Internet Connection', the info below appeared. My WiFi connection is 'RIDGIE' and it appears there are multiple WiFi connections (incl the public hotspot) associated with my connection. Can someone help interpret this info?

Pls note: I've modified the unique IDs related to my WiFi account for confidentiality reasons.
