Windows 10 Windows Update 1803 - Bluetooth Failure

Please Help - After I updated my Windows - Feature update to Windows 10, version 1803
The Bluetooth Stopped working. Under Device Manager its says the following


"This device cannot start. (Code 10)

STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE"

My Device is a
Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth (R)

Location# Port #0007.Hub_#0002


Drivers are up to date - 04 Jan 2018 / Version 20.30.0.3
