Windows 10 WIndows Update and wuauserv ( Error 0x80070424 ) I can't install anything from the Microsoft Store or have any Windows Update

I have a problem with Windows Update that I can't resolve. It keeps giving me error 0x80070424 when I try to check for updates and consequently I can't even use the microsoft store to download applications. I tried several methods searched on the internet including windows service restore, Dism, Scannow and even windows restore and reinstall but nothing worked.I also tried to import the system logs from another pc and then create the "wuauserv" folder in the registry which should solve the problem, but every time I restart the pc the folder is deleted automatically I have no idea what else
