I settings -> system -> storage -> free up space now. It said that there are 7.3 GB of "Windows Update Cleanup". I then clicked "Remove files" in hope to free up some space.
Immediately after the cleanup finished, I check the free disk space, and supprisely found that it goes down from 52.9 GB to 51.7 GB. I tried to free up space again, but this time it said that there doesn't exist any windows update files.
It simply doesn't make any sense since I didn't download any file or install any apps during the cleanup. The same thing actually happend once before, eating 11.4 GB of my C: disk space after an update.
I also checked c:\windows\SoftwareDistribution folder, but it only takes up 1.29 GB. I hope someone can tell me the exact direction of such "Windows Update files", so I can delete it mannully.
