Windows 10 windows update disabled

hi, I need to update my windows but when I go to the update section and click on check for update, I receive an error. after I checked my services.msc I found out that windows update is disabled. I tried to enable it but I received "access denied" error. I use an administer account. pleas help me enable my windows update.I use a windows 10 on surface pro 5.
