So I haven't updated the Windows 10 version in over 4 years. Currently on version 1803 build 17134. A few programs I've been wanting to install recently requires at least the 1909 version. Tried all the different ways to fix the issue after searching over. And they're the following. Nothing's workedRan Windows Update troubleshooter.Reset Windows Update componentsRun System File Checker (SFC) and DISM. DISM gave me error 21.
