Hi, I've been dealing with a problem with windows updates.Ping to windowsupdate.microsoft.com:C:\Users\Wendy>ping windowsupdate.microsoft.comPinging redir.update.microsoft.com.nsatc.net [20.109.209.108] with 32 bytes of data:Request timed out.Request timed out.Request timed out.Request timed out.Ping statistics for 20.109.209.108: Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),I then continue with the trace route:C:\Users\Wendy>tracert windowsupdate.microsoft.comTracing route to redir.update.microsoft.com.nsatc.net [20.109.209.108]over a maximum of 30 hops: 1 <1 ms
