Windows 11 Windows update errors 0x800706c6 and 0x00706be

Windows 11 is failed to install two updates on my home PC. The retry button doesn't fix the issue and I have already tried just rebooting my PC. I have also tried the Clean Boot steps from this question here. I noticed this issue a week ago and doesn't seem to be able to solve itself. Are there other steps I can try to fix these issues?
