Windows 11 Windows update failing and unable to download or update anything from Microsoft Store

So, I've been facing couple of issues, with my system lately, and I do not the cause for it. 1. Windows Update stuck at "2023-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5032190)" and giving me the "Something unexpected has happened" while trying to update. I've tried Update Troubleshooter for this and did multiple restarts and nothing solved.This happened earlier also with 2023-10 Cumulative Update, I think I just reverted my PC back to an existing image that I found in my recovery. 2. Whenever I try to download something from Microsoft Store. Nothing really happ
