Windows 10 Windows update from 21h2 to 22h2

Hi,I have 2 computers with windows updater version 21h2. I performed windows update but one requires me to update to windows pro 22h2 while the other one requires me to update to windows 11. Please advise why they have this difference. Thank you!anna
