Windows 11 Windows Update has failed and goes into a restart loop.

Our Windows 11 machine (i7 Processor) automatically started doing an update. It gets to 3% and then re-starts. It cycles this indefinitely. More Detail: I get the "American Megatrends" Starter screen, then the Blue Windows Logo in the middle of the screen, then the circle of dots, then "Updating your system (3%)", then a split second notice saying "Working on Updates 17% Do not turn off your computer" then it re-starts. Can anyone suggest a solution?James
