Windows 11 Windows update KB2267602 on 11Sept24 breaks Remote Desktop Connectivity to VPNs

The title says it all.Software: Windows 11 Pro Version 22631.4169Microsoft Remote Desktop Version 1.2.5623.0 (x64)RD never finds the remote client to login. No password request or Authenticator Prompt is shown. Error code is shown here:Uninstalling Update KB2267602 resolves this issue but is not a real solution, since security updates exist for good reason. Why must you break something every time you fix something else?
