Windows 7 Windows update KB4534310 keeps failing.

When ever I try to install this Windows Update KB4534310 no matter times I try to install this update keeps on failing. I keep getting this frustrating error, the error code 8024200D. How fix error code 8024200D? Windows keeps bugging me to install this update KB4534310.
