Windows 10 Windows Update KB5013942 error

I've tried installing 2022-05 cumulative Windows 10 Version 21H2 (KB5013942) for an entire month and no changes. Each time failure an error message indicating update failed please try again later. I've done every required and proposed solution without success. It even automatically disables the BITS as well as windows update services.I'm now thinking of moving away from Microsoft for good.Please HELP!!
