Windows 11 Windows update keeps saying "retry" and cant get medissapear

Hi,For the last year or so there is a canon update that shows and it always fails and shows retry. I dont recognize it nor do I care and just want the message gone. Is there anyway for it to stop saying retry/get out of retry loop?See attached photo:Thanks,Dan
