Windows seems to not care about those of us on metered connections (I pay by the GB). Delivery Optimization cannot be shut off, and seems to run whenever it pleases, taking up my precious, limited bandwidth when I need to be using it for other things. And this time the cumulative update for Win10 V21H2 x64 got to 100% and seemed stuck. I noticed the D.O. continued to download something so I waited, and waited, and finally accepted the Restart offer from Update. After restart the aforementioned cumulative update STARTED OVER. (cursing redacted)Microsoft, please respect those of us on meter
