Windows 11 "Windows Update: Something went wrong. Try to reopen Settings later."

I have windows 11, I have issue where when I go to Settings->Windows Update it shows "Something went wrong. Try to reopen settings later".I have tried troubleshooting but it didn't solve the issue.Here is the screenshot :Screenshot 2024-07-12 121613.pngHere is my FRST.txt and Addition.txt in a OneDrive Microsoft Help
