I am unable to preform Windows update for a while now windows update has been stuck with the update [ 2022-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5021255 ] and a Security update that comes and goes but never actually installs.Bluetooth is also Disabled , I can't enable or disable it manually; its as if it never existed on my PC but it does in fact has Bluetooth I've been using it for so long before all this happened I Tried to re-install windows 11 using installation media but I always get [ error 0x80070000 - 0x2000C Installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase
