Windows 11 Windows Updates WSUS "Upgrades" like Windows 11, Veriosn 22h2 x64 2023-07B

HiI can't find any indication on any of the WSUS documentation that cover "Upgrades" classificationhttps://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/troubleshoot/windows-client/deployment/standard-terminology-software-updatesthat page has a show 10 more but doesn't have "Upgrades"So the question is, when I read the relevant KB article it says the KB is an "Update" for example the one in my subject line is Windows 11, version 22h2 x64 2023-07B and that is KB number 5028185.In the WSUS mmc it is under Classification as "Upgrades", but I can't find any documentation that defines what the behaviour is for
