Windows 11 Windows Upload Throttled When Network Adapter is in Bridged Mode

Windows system upload speed is throttled heavily when in network bridged mode on my Windows 11 machine (Hyper-V Virtual Switch enabled for WSL2 compatibility). The wireless network has no impact (i.e. it happens on different wireless networks):Network Bridge settings:Speedtest.net result:Hyper-V Virtual Switch Settings:When I check and then uncheck IPv4 and File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks, the upload speed magically recovers to the expected rate:Unfortunately, the throttling returns after a system sleep with settings unchanged.
