Windows 7 Windows Wacom Tablet Driver Shuts off Device

My wacom Intuos M BT tablet turns off when there is a driver installed in my Windows 7 OS. When I uninstall it, it turns back on, but the cursor doesn't move with the pen. I've tried it on other computers that don't have drivers, and it turns on then, but the cursor still doesn't move. Except on my chromebook, where it works fine. The pen pressure stopped working briefly before this happened. I also got a blue screen the day before from trying to use Flash after it wasn't supported. Is there anything I can do?
