Windows 10 Windows Wireless Driver missing

My computer won’t connect to the Wi-Fi as not network is showing up, I checked device manager and it shows no wireless drivers. I reset the entire computer and that didn’t solve it and I’ve tried to reinstall an Intel wireless driver and that didn’t work either.It just shows Ethernet driver and some WAN driversThe network connections section in control panel just shows the Ethernet driver as wellYesterday it was working completely fine and all of a sudden this happens.Please help urgently
