Windows 11 windows11 flush every few minutes. taskbar disappear and reappear. all file explorer windows closed.

Every few minutes, my pc will flush. The taskbar will disappear. And all the applications except file explorer are still working, but there is a little lag. A few seconds later, the taskbar reappeared, but all my file explorer windows all closed. Other applications are still working.
