Windows 10 WindowsExplorer.exe always at 75%+ CPU usage + Windows Powershell high memory usage

Hello! I've watched some youtube and followed tutorials but I'm still having Windows Explorer high CPU Usage. Restarted my pc several times, disabled unncesary apps and startups. Restarted windowsexplorer.exe still the same. I think my pc got infected, powershell randomly opens anytime too. PC SPECS: Ryzen 7 5800xRTX 308032GB DDR4 3600mhz1TB NVM.E WINDOWS 10
