Windows 10 wireless AC adaper 7260 not functioning

my Intel(R) Dual band wireless-AC 7260 was functioning perfectly until recently it started disconnecting anytime i connect to wifi but the bluetooth still function perfectly, anytime i troubleshoot is shows problem with access point or wireless adapter have tried resetting the adapter several times updating and removing updates still yet nothing was changed and recently the wireless adapter is not visible on my system even in Device manager my system infoVersion 10.0.19044 Build 19044 System Model HP ProBook 640 G1 System Type x64-based PC System SKU K9T78AV Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4330
