Windows 11 Wireless LAN adapter Local Area Connection* 1 shows as "no more data available." when trying to enable it

I've been using the wireless LAN adapter for streaming phone camera to my computer locally. After using it a few days, the wireless LAN adapter #1 was disabled. When I tried to re-enable it through command line using:netsh interface set interface ="Wireless LAN adapter Local Area Connection* 1" enableI get returned, "No more data is available."What does this mean? Is there a limit to how much data is streamed through windows local mobile hotspot? I am not connected to the internet and only using the wireless LAN to connect between my phone and computer.
